Notes and Meeting Materials from December Habitat Connectivity Workshop

Monday, February 06, 2017

In development of The Pacific Northwest Coast Landscape Conservation Design Project Plan, mapping connectivity zones was one item identified as an important objective. To successfully reach this objective, a task was set to convene a one-day workshop inviting participants to share knowledge about past and existing connectivity work happening in the region.

In December, 2016, a workshop was held in Portland, OR with a diverse group of over 50 participants in attendance. The workshop featured presentations on habitat connectivity throughout the project footprint from small to large scales, as well as a brainstorming session to begin developing an approach for habitat connectivity in the region. Review the meeting presentations and notes here.
