Science Talk Northwest Announces Key Note Speaker, Jorge Cham of PHD Comics

The inaugural Science Talk NW in Portland, Oregon on January 26-27, 2017 is quickly approaching.

We are absolutely thrilled that Jorge Cham, the creative mind behind PHD Comics will be joining us as one of our keynote speakers. Jorge is also the co-founder of PHDtv, a video science and discovery outreach collaborative, and a founding board member of Endeavor College Prep, a non-profit school for kids in East Los Angeles. Originally from Panama, he earned his Ph.D. in Robotics from Stanford University and was an instructor and research associate at Caltech from 2003 to 2005.
