Lara is the Executive Director of EcoAdapt. Her organization works with communities and governments to figure out how to work effectively in the face of climate change. Lara serves on the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and was the chief climate change scientist for the World Wildlife Fund prior to creating EcoAdapt. Lara will discuss her work with communities and organizations in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska to make them more resilient to climate change.
