Ashley currently co-leads the West Coast Climate & Materials Management Forum, a partnership of western communities working together to drive climate action through materials management. Ashley is a national expert and “thought leader” on consumer food waste prevention and recently received King County’s 2015 Green Globe Award for her leadership in confronting climate change. Ashley will be discussing how to use data driven approaches to effect change and how to take action as individuals to drive new norms. Also, come give Ashley a send-off as she starts a two-year detail with Oregon DEQ in January.
